📦 Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• COD orders require a ₹150 advance shipping payment before processing.

🚚 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery across India:

• Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

• Other Regions: 5–6 working days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

💳 COD (Cash on Delivery)

• COD is available with a ₹150 advance shipping charge, paid via secure payment link or UPI QR.

• Remaining amount is collected at the time of delivery.

📦 Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking link

• Courier partner details

• Estimated delivery window

❗ Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unreachable customers will require re-shipping charges.
