At Luxira India, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our return policy is simple and transparent.


🛡 Returns Eligibility

We offer returns only in the following cases:

âś” Damaged product on arrival
âś” Wrong product delivered
âś” Product not functioning as shown

Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are premium, checked, and verified before dispatch, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color or design preference

  • Normal wear & tear

  • Orders without unboxing video proof


đź’° Refunds

If approved, refunds for prepaid/advance payments will be processed within 3–7 working days.

COD orders will be refunded for the shipping advance only.


🔄 Replacement

If eligible, we will send a replacement once we receive inspection approval.
